What counts as a load?
One load you add in Fifth Wheel, with its own ref code. Henry answers up to 20 carrier calls on it.
Does Henry book the load?
No. Henry takes the call, checks the carrier, gets their rate and a callback number. The offer lands on your board, and you call back and book the way you always do.
What number do carriers call?
Henry’s line. Every load gets its own ref code, and the posting text you copy has both, like “Call Henry 24/7: (323) 905-7787, ref 482913” (that ref is only an example). The code tells Henry which load the carrier is calling about.
Does Henry tell carriers he’s an AI?
Yes, at the start of every call. Calls are recorded and transcribed.
How far will Henry negotiate?
Up to the ceiling you set on the load, and never past it.
How does the fraud check work?
Henry checks the carrier’s MC against FMCSA during the call. Each offer gets a badge: Clear, Review or Blocked. Review and Blocked offers say “Call back on the FMCSA number before you book.” The badge flags things; the booking decision is still yours.
Can my team use it?
Yes. Everyone gets their own login on your account. Solo is 1 person, Team up to 5, Office up to 10. You invite them from Settings with a link, and everyone sees the same loads and offers.
Is there a limit on call time?
Plans are sized for about 30 minutes of carrier calls per included load. We may flag accounts that go well past that. Details are in the terms.
Can I get a refund?
No. That’s why your first load is $9.99: so you can see Henry work on one of your real loads before you pick a plan. You can cancel any plan in Settings at any time.
