Getting started: your first load with Henry

Henry is an AI carrier line. You put his number and a ref code on your load post; carriers call him; the offers land on your board. Here is the whole setup, from sign-up to your first carrier call.

1. Create your account

Go to broker.fifthwheelai.com and sign up with your name, company and email. If one of our reps sent you a link, use that one so they get credit for helping you.

2. Pay $9.99 for your first load

New accounts see Try Henry on one load for $9.99. That is your first load: one load, one time, paid through Stripe. There is no subscription to cancel if you stop here. It’s once per account; after that you pick a monthly plan.

3. Add the load

You have two ways to do it:

• Paste the posting. Copy the load from DAT or Truckstop and paste it in. Fifth Wheel pulls out the lane, equipment and pickup.
• Fill it in. Lane, equipment, pickup and your target rate.

Then decide on a ceiling, the most Henry may offer. It’s optional. If you set one, Henry can go above your target to cover the load but never past the ceiling. (More on picking numbers in Getting better offers.)

4. Copy the posting text into your post

Every load gets a ref code. Hit Copy posting text and you get a line like this:

Call Henry 24/7: (323) 905-7787, ref 482913

(482913 is only an example; your load gets its own code.)

Paste it into the comments of your DAT or Truckstop post. The number is the same for every load; the ref code tells Henry which load the carrier is calling about. Details in Posting Henry’s number.

5. Let carriers call

Henry answers 24/7, up to 20 carrier calls on the load. On each call he:

1. says he’s an AI assistant, that the call is recorded, and asks for the ref code,
2. pitches the load under your brokerage’s name,
3. gets the carrier’s MC and checks it against FMCSA,
4. negotiates up to your ceiling,
5. takes a callback number.

6. Work the board

Each offer appears on your board with the rate against your target, the callback number, the recording, the transcript and a fraud badge: Clear, Review or Blocked. If the board is open, you get a desktop alert when an offer lands. Pick the one you want, call the carrier back and book the way you always do. Henry doesn’t book loads; you do. After your first load

When that first load is done, you’ll see what Henry did on it: calls taken, offers, best offer against your target and any fraud flags.
